Call Center Services International (CCSI) is seeking a creative and motivated Bilingual Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in Mexico City. You will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, create content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

You will write and edit marketing materials in English and Spanish, support graphic and video content, and collaborate with multiple departments to bring marketing ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, social media, or related field.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of WordPress.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing or creative projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns and content.
• Develop marketing materials for social media, internal communications, events, websites, and promotions.
• Write, edit, and adapt marketing content in English and Spanish.
• Support creation and editing of graphics, videos, and other visual content.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate marketing projects with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage and update digital communication channels and platforms.
• Review marketing materials for quality, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
• Monitor digital campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, ideation, design, and marketing workflows.
