arrivia is seeking a Graphic Designer to translate business goals into effective multi-channel design solutions across global regions. You will support email, web merchandising, social media, direct mail, and Point of Sale materials, ensuring brand cohesion and high visual impact.

The role requires strong production skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in English and Spanish. Remote-friendly but based in Mexico City with occasional office visits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency experience a plus).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; able to participate in meetings and briefs in English.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute stunning design solutions across digital, web, and print formats based on creative direction.
• Scale master concepts by adapting hero images into variations without losing brand integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders and global teams across time zones to interpret briefs and refine designs.
• Manage production: resizing, reformatting, and versioning assets with strong organization.
• Perform meticulous reviews to ensure assets are tech-ready, brand-compliant, and pixel-perfect.
