KONE México is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment for operative roles in Mexico from the Monterrey office. You will manage high volumes of requisitions, build talent pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to craft effective sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience and be bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to travel for job fairs and university events.

Formación

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience recruiting for operations roles in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of requisitions across areas.
• Headhunt candidates via search engines, job boards, and social channels.
• Advise hiring managers with a consultative recruitment strategy.
• Coordinate participation in hiring events and campus presence.
