A leading retail company in Puebla, Mexico, seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage customer satisfaction and orders. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English with at least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include processing orders, tracking inventory, and addressing customer inquiries. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while collaborating closely with various internal teams.

Formación

• At least 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
• Experience in medical device market preferred, especially with tubing extrusion supply chain.
• Knowledge of international trade requirements for export customers.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer purchase orders and manage sales orders.
• Develop customer-specific forecasts and manage inventory models.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage complaints.
