Formación

• At least 6 months experience in customer service role, 1 year preferred.
• Proven written communication skills including accurate spelling and proper grammar.
• Typing skills (20 WPM+).

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues related to returns and general questions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients in both written and verbal forms.
