Job summary

Estee Lauder Companies is seeking a Beauty Advisor for MAC in Monterrey to deliver personalized service, educate customers and drive sales. You will create an inspiring in-store experience and work with the team to uphold visual merchandising standards.

Flexibility to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events is required. Prior makeup artistry or retail makeup experience is preferred, and applicants must have the right to live and work in the country.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
