Estee Lauder Companies busca un/una Beauty Advisor para Clinique, en formato de tiempo completo temporal, ubicado en las tiendas Sephora de Pacifico Bajio y Tlajomulco. El/la candidato/a ideal brindará atención personalizada, venderá productos de prestige y contribuirá a cumplir objetivos de venta en un entorno dinámico de retail.

Se valorará experiencia en maquillaje o retail, habilidades para la atención al cliente y para trabajar horarios variables, incluyendo fines de semana y eventos

Formación

• Se valora experiencia en maquillaje o retail.

• Capacidad para trabajar horas de venta, fines de semana y eventos especiales.

Responsabilidades

• Ofrecer un servicio al cliente acogedor, auténtico y personalizado.
• Contribuir a una experiencia en tienda que eduque, inspire y deleite a la clientela.
• Colaborar con el equipo para mantener altos estándares de visual merchandising.
• Apoyar en entrenamiento y desarrollo dentro de la tienda y para el equipo.

You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your dynamic team to ensure that the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
