The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Cuernavaca is looking for a dynamic in-store makeup artist who combines creative artistry with exceptional customer service, delivering a welcoming, inspirational experience and educating customers.

You will work with a high-performing team to execute in-store events and ensure the store maintains standout visual merchandising that differentiates us in prestige beauty, with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Formación

• Qualification in make-up artistry or demonstrated experience in retail make-up.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Eligibility to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Provide welcoming and personalized in-store experiences educating customers.
• Support in-store events and contribute to visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high store standards and brand presentation.

• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
