Citi Mexico is seeking an intermediate Banking Product Control Analyst to support DCM Loan desks with P&L and balance sheet reporting. The role involves close collaboration with Front Office and Operations to understand exposures and movement in accounting statements.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2–5 years of related experience, and strong English communication skills. Hybrid work arrangement in Mexico City is available.

Formación

• Clear and concise written and verbal English communication is required.
• GAAP and financial product knowledge relevant to the role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial data.

Responsabilidades

• Daily P&L production and reporting for desks within the Banking Segment Controllers.
• Daily financial close and journal entry posting with ledger balance validation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations and Finance to understand exposures and balance sheet movements.
• Provide daily commentary on business and market dynamics affecting P&L and balance sheet.
• Develop analytics/metrics for management review and drive process improvements.
