A financial services company in Mexico City seeks a Product Sales Sr Supervisor to lead a team focused on sales performance and compliance. You will support strategies that enhance customer engagement, improve process efficiencies, and maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of financial sales experience and advanced skills in tools like Power BI and SAS. Full-time position with responsibilities ranging from sales support to training and compliance oversight.

Formación

  • 2-5 years of financial sales experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of visualization tools and solid database knowledge.
  • Collaboration with business areas is required.

The Product Sales Sr Supervisor provides leadership and supervisory responsibility for medium-sized operational/administrative team(s)) of clerical/support employees. Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical/subject area and a basic knowledge of other areas in order to understand how they relate to own area. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives. Requires a basic conceptual/ practical grounding in policies as they apply to the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Influences decisions through advice, counsel, facilitating services to others or through joint accountability for volume, quality and timeliness of end results. No direct responsibility for financial or resource planning. Work generally affects own team as well as other closely related work teams. Full supervisory responsibilities. including duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team to sell products to the existing base through portfolio analysis of existing insurance and investment holdings, needs analysis, and customer risk profile.
  • Disseminate information on industry, financial markets and competition products and analyze the same for a meaningful sales engagement.
  • Drawing up the training roadmap for the individual relationship manager and ensuring successful completion of training certification on regulatory and knowledge, attitude, skills and habits.
  • Ensuring the customer engagement by organizing meets and speaking about product offering to build awareness in those meets.
  • Joint sales drills with relationship managers to facilitate customers buy the right iproduct.
  • Build the knowledge level of Branch Managers.
  • Be the compliance gatekeeper in the region/branch for adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Be extremely vigilant for potential sales complaints, free look cancellations, surrender ratios, lapse rates and sales complaints.
  • Highlight potential financial, regulatory and credit risk to the franchise.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 yeas financial sales experience preferred
Education
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
El Analista de Datos Sr
  • El Analista de Datos Sr será responsable de transformar grandes volúmenes de información en métricas, reportes y dashboards accionables que soporten la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Deberá contar con dominio avanzado de herramientas de visualización y sólidos conocimientos en bases de datos, con especial énfasis en SAS. Trabajará de forma colaborativa con áreas de negocio Payroll y gobierno de datos.
  • Conocimiento en Power BI, VBA
  • Conocimiento en EUC's y política RMO
