Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an Azure Data Engineer based in Mexico to strengthen cybersecurity data pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments. You will design and maintain scalable ingestion pipelines for SIEM and Azure data tools, turning raw telemetry into trusted data for threat detection, incident response, and compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years in cybersecurity, data engineering, log management, or related tech.
• Hands-on onboarding and validation of log sources in SIEM/cloud analytics environments.
• Experience with regex, JSON, XML, CSV, and structured/unstructured data.
• Azure cloud data services familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security data ingestion pipelines for SIEM and cloud data platforms.
• Parse, normalize, transform, enrich, and validate security telemetry using regex, JSON, and other techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new log sources and validate end-to-end data flows.
• Ensure data quality, timeliness, and integrity for monitoring, detection, and reporting.
• Align data with governance standards and schemas to support analytics and automation.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, parsing, and data-quality issues across platforms.
• Document log onboarding procedures, data mappings, and pipeline configurations.
• Support telemetry for threat detection, incident response, and cyber risk use cases.
• Conduct telemetry gap analyses and improve coverage and ingestion reliability.
