Huhtamaki is seeking an Assistant to the maintenance team at our facility in Mexico. The role supports the upkeep, repair and modification of buildings and infrastructure to keep operations safe and efficient.

Working with minimal supervision, you will diagnose causes of malfunctions, implement durable solutions, protect and clean the facility, and collaborate with the team to ensure continuous production and compliance with safety standards.

Formación

• Experience in building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to perform under minimal supervision.
• Collaborative work style in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Determine the cause of malfunctions in buildings/infrastructure and implement solutions within a short timeframe.
• Implement solutions to prevent recurrence of failures.

Assistant to the maintenance team, working with minimal supervision to maintain, repair and modify the buildings and infrastructure for the facility or group of facilities. Enabling the main activities of the business to be undertaken safely and efficiently.

Main tasks will be:

• Determine the cause and identify and implement the correct solution to any malfunctioning building or infrastructure within a short timeframe.
• Implement solutions to prevent recurrence of the failure.
• Work as part of a team as required.
• Responsible for the protection and cleaning of the facility and the tools and equipment used.
