Infosys Limited seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain AWS solutions for client projects. You will provide Level 2 support, manage incidents, and optimize cloud performance and costs from Monterrey.

The role requires 4-5 years in AWS, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team with a proactive approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS services.
• AWS certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in L2 technical support with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud solutions to meet client requirements.
• Provide Level 2 technical support, including incident management and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency; respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve issues and share best practices.
• Assist in developing and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Review cloud resource utilization and suggest cost-optimizing adjustments.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response.
