Crown Holdings, Inc. in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is seeking a production line operator to ensure smooth manufacturing with adherence to quality, safety and sanitation standards.

You will support line activities, inspect products, and participate in packaging and pallet formation to meet customer requirements. Ideal candidates support changes in line design and operate with attention to process balance and continuous flow, while collaborating with maintenance and technical staff to sustain

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar in the operational activities on the production line.
• Inspect the product visually to detect defects and ensure specifications are met.
• Perform packaging, labeling and pallet formation of finished product.
• Support line design changes and basic operation adjustments.
• Maintain balancing and proper flow of the production line.
• Carry out periodic sampling and in-process inspections.
• Assist with workplace organization and cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with technical staff on roll changes, maintenance and operational activities.
• Comply with the company's safety, quality and sanitation policies.

Job Description

Objetivo del puesto

Asegurar el flujo continuo de la producción, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, seguridad e inocuidad establecidos, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de productividad y satisfacción del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

• Apoyar en las actividades operativas de la línea de producción.
• Inspeccionar visualmente el producto para detectar defectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de especificaciones.
• Realizar actividades de empaque, etiquetado y formación de pallets de producto terminado.
• Dar soporte en cambios de diseño y ajustes básicos de operación.
• Mantener el balanceo y flujo adecuado de la línea de producción.
• Realizar muestreos e inspecciones periódicas del producto en proceso.
• Apoyar en actividades de orden y limpieza del área de trabajo.
• Colaborar con el personal técnico en cambios de rollo, mantenimientos y actividades operativas.
• Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, calidad e inocuidad de la empresa.
