Capgemini is hiring an Automotive Safety Engineer in Mexico to support the development lifecycle of automotive products by applying ISO 26262 functional safety processes. You will assist in creating and reviewing safety work products such as HARA, FMEA, FTA, and Safety Requirements, collaborating with systems, software, and hardware teams to implement safety requirements and drive improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering.
• 2–5 years of automotive engineering or safety experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and the functional safety lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HARA, FMEA, FTA, and safety requirements development.
• English proficiency (B2–C1).

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in automotive engineering, systems engineering, embedded systems, or functional safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and the functional safety lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HARA, FMEA, FTA, and safety requirements development.
• B2-C1 English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
