ALTEN México is looking for a Project Manager/Quality Specialist Mid to join our automotive quality team. You will develop and standardize manufacturing quality enablers, lead cross-functional initiatives and act as a liaison between engineering, production and suppliers.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical/aerospace background, strong communication, and problem-solving skills; 2+ years of experience in quality or project management.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in quality or project management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proactive, self-directed and team oriented
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a lean environment
• Experience with quality systems and engineering changes
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues
• Develop and implement corrective actions
• Analyze quality data from indicators
• Manage changes with cross-functional teams
• Conduct product evaluation tests before full implementation
• Collaborate with engineering quality and product teams
• Audit vehicle assembly plants and ensure quality metrics
