Micron Technology's Automotive Embedded Business Unit seeks a Business Operations Planning Analyst to align demand forecasts with supply availability for the automotive portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Business Development, and Supply Chain to support operational planning and identify risks through data analysis and planning tools.

You will drive process improvements, contribute to AI-enabled planning initiatives, and present monthly reviews with trends, forecast changes, and supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate data-driven insights.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate demand forecasting and planning activities across tactical and extended planning horizons using business planning tools.
• Assess supply and demand alignment to identify shortages, excess inventory risks, and other planning gaps, and partner with cross-functional teams on mitigation actions.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews highlighting key trends, forecast changes, business impacts, and supply responses.
• Support product lifecycle transitions, including End of Life planning, Last Time Buy analysis, and inventory optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes through automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
