Aptiv in Saltillo, Mexico, is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support production processes. You will release new processes, develop PLC/HMI/vision programs, and ensure compliance with EOS, safety, and ergonomic guidelines.

Strong design skills in Solid Edge or SolidWorks and experience with RSLogix and COGNEX are required, plus leadership experience to guide teams. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of manufacturing systems, quality and capacity targets, and collaboration

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in related roles.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Design of workstations or tools for machinery (SOLID EDGE / SOLIDWORKS).
• PL C programming (RSLOGIX 500, RSLOGIX 5000), HMI, COGNEX, and BANNER.
• Previous experience supervising and managing personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Administration of Engineering activities in accordance with EOS.
• Release of new processes and/or tools.
• Develop PLC, HMI, and Vision programs for workstations.
• Launch and implement Manufacturing systems that comply with BOP, DFM, MSD, Safety, and Ergonomics guidelines.
• Design operating methods and provide setup guidance to Maintenance personnel.
• Provide and promote a safe work environment.
• Support and continuously improve production processes, including improvement projects.
• Develop manufacturing systems for new products that meet quality and capacity requirements.
