Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking an R&D Trainee to help support research and development activities in automotive electrical systems. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment and contribute to innovative solutions.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates in electrical/mechatronics/mechanical engineering with strong academic records, basic automotive knowledge, and a proactive attitude.

Formación

• Recent graduate or expect to graduate within 6 months in engineering.
• Strong academic record.
• Basic understanding of automotive electrical systems.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist R&D engineers in design, development, and testing of new automotive electrical components and systems.
• Conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results under supervision.
• Support the creation and modification of technical documentation, including specs, test plans, and reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for product improvement.
• Perform literature reviews and research on emerging technologies and market trends.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure integration of R&D efforts.
• Troubleshoot and debug prototypes and experimental setups.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
