A leading automotive company is seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure full compliance with Mexican automotive regulations and related laws. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, advising on data privacy, implementing AML procedures, and conducting risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of compliance experience, with strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of Mexican NOMs and previous experience in the automotive sector is preferred. This role is based in Puebla, Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, or risk management (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Mexican NOMs, environmental/labor regulations, and import/export compliance.
• Expertise in AML/KYC procedures and UBO identification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant Mexican NOMs and environmental laws.
• Advise on the correct handling of personal data and oversee data-processing practices.
• Implement AML procedures and conduct UBO identification and record-keeping.
