cold.email is a remote-first cold email agency focused on building custom automation to deliver outstanding lead generation results. The Automations Expert will manage automation workflows across Instantly, Clay, Hubspot, RB2B, N8n, and related tools to serve 10+ enterprise clients and manage large-scale email assets.

You will design, implement and maintain integrations, create reports, and ensure data quality across 2,500+ mailboxes and millions of monthly emails.

Formación

• Experience designing and implementing automation workflows across multiple tools.
• Strong ability to manage and coordinate enterprise client automation needs.
• Proficiency in integrating CRM, data enrichment and outreach platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain automations for client campaigns.
• Build integrations between Instantly, Clay, Hubspot, RB2B, N8n and other tools.
• Create weekly reports and dashboards to show performance for 10+ enterprise clients.
• Develop scalable workflows for data scraping, enrichment and outreach.

Manage automations for a cold email agency.

We do cold email lead gen. That's it. There are billions of dollars waiting to be captured through cold email, and rather than try to do everything, we want to focus on this niche to provide the absolute best results for our clients.

We need someone specializing in connecting all these tools when needed. Such as building integrations between Instantly, Clay, Hubspot, RB2B, N8n and various other tools.

Some example automations we would need

• Weekly Reports: Instantly Interested Leads → Airtable → Every week, updates get sent to clients on what we accomplished
• AI Responder: Build AI agents to handle all interested lead responses such as here
• N8N Workflows for Data Scraping. e.g. Paginating through Serper API calls, or cleaning data.
• Custom Instantly.ai Reporting: Build reports to understand what week over week changes look like for every client in one centralized Airtable repo.
• CRM Integrations for Clients: Instantly Interested Leads → Clay to enrich extra data → Push to Hubspot and create tasks
• Website Followups: RB2B Website Visitor → Clay → Enrich Mobile → Reach out on LinkedIn and email automatically → Create task to follow up with mobile number
