Molex Guadalajara 1 is seeking an Equipment & Maintenance Technician (Pick & Place Process) to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment across electrical, pneumatic, and sensor systems. You will work with engineering and production teams to improve machine reliability, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs in accordance with safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in automation or maintenance, with strong problem-solving and communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technician field.
• 1–3 years in Automation or Maintenance.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, electronics, and electrical controls.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and manuals.
• Experience with LOTO procedures during maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, sustain, and repair manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Implement repair strategies that support continuous operation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues to technical or supervisory resources.
