North American Production Sharing de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking an Audit Support Specialist to compile data and respond to audit requests from clients and partner banks.

You will collaborate with internal teams to verify information and prepare client-ready outputs. This on-site role in Tijuana requires professional English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into clear presentations while maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Audit support: 1 year (preferred)
• Professional English required
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and teams

Overview

The Audit Support Specialist is responsible for compiling data and supporting information to fulfill audit requests originating from clients and/or bank and investment partners. The Audit Support Specialist collaborates with a variety of internal teams to gather information, verify accuracy, and complete a professional output for client and external partner dissemination.

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive and review audit requests and work with Client Engagement to determine a strategy to fulfill the audit requirements
• Identify internal sources of data and supporting information and collaborate effectively with the appropriate teams to compile the information necessary to complete the audit
• Prepare compiled data and information into a standardized format for dissemination to clients and external partners
• Build strong relationships with internal teams who will support the fulfillment of audit requirements
• Produce audit outputs with accuracy and thoroughness while delivering results in a timely manner as determined through collaboration with Client Engagement
• Develop tools, techniques, standardization, and automation to ensure repeatable results that ensure client satisfaction, and overall cost efficiency

Position Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences including stakeholders and team members through written and verbal communication channels
• Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into client-ready presentation
• Ability to exercise discretion, use effective judgment, and maintain confidentiality
• Strong working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Audit support: 1 year (Preferred)
