Under Armour in Huixquilucan, Mexico is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, deliver standout customer experiences, and drive sales.

You will assist customers, stock and maintain the store, and support omni-channel requests through digital experiences while upholding UA policies. This role offers a vibrant, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Formación

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in some jurisdictions).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to perform essential functions.

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to each customer to bring out the best in them.
• Share knowledge and love of our products with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; work front and back of store as needed.
• Process omni-channel requests through the digital experience and UA policies.
• Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.

**Requirements**

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
