Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead full lifecycle management of multiple large, multi-discipline projects from proposal through commissioning and close-out.

You will work with technical leads, customers, and subcontractors to stabilize schedules, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with procedures. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of project support experience, strong writing and documentation skills, and the ability to learn new tools.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting project work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including MS Project.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result(s).

Project Manager = Full life-cycle project management of multiple large multi-discipline projects from proposal conception to commissioning and close-out. Effectively track and stabilize projects, implement solutions for obstacles and anticipate customer needs.
