A leading global water solutions company in Mexico is seeking an Associate People Services Analyst to provide Tier 1 HR support and promote employee self-service. The successful candidate will respond to HR inquiries, guide employees, and escalate complex issues. Candidates should have a relevant associate's degree, at least 3 years of experience in HR or customer service, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with significant opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

  • Experience in HR Shared Service environment is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with HRIS and case management tools required.

Position Summary

The Associate People Services Analyst is responsible for providing Tier 1 HR support and promoting employee self-service across the U.S. Canada and Mexico. This role responds to routine HR inquiries supports employee lifecycle transactions and collaborates with global advisors to ensure consistent service delivery. The Advisor plays a key role in delivering a positive employee experience through responsive and accurate support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies procedures and system navigation.
  • Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to Sr. Advisors or Specialists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with global People Services Advisors to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.
  • Participate in team meetings training and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support or customer service OR 12 months in an HR Shared Service environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and case management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is required (B1 or higher) or Spanish / English / French) a plus.
