Flex is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor for its Juárez Sur site to oversee daily manufacturing activities, enforce safety, and drive performance in a fast-paced, value-driven environment.

Under the Production Manager, you will manage staffing, monitor rates, control WIP and materials, escalate line stops, and implement training plans to elevate team capability. Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Formación

• Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree completed.
• Availability for all three shifts.
• Proficient with Office tools (Excel).
• Indispensable knowledge of SMT and BackEnd.
• Experience in staff management.
• Quality tools such as 5S.

Responsabilidades

• Track and ensure production rate.
• Staff control (attendance, leave, vacations, training).
• WIP control.
• Materials control (assembly kits and scrap).
• Line stoppage escalation.
• Attend support meetings (Checkpoint).
• Plan training for supervised personnel.

Job Summary:

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Bajo la supervisión del Production Manager, las funciones del Supervisor de Operaciones de Producción incluyen:

Cómo se ve un día típico:

• Seguimiento y Cumplimiento de Rate de producción.
• Control de personal (asistencias, permisos, vacaciones, actividades, entrenamiento, etc).
• Control de WIP.
• Control de los materiales (Kit de Ensamble y Scrap).
• Escalaciones por paro de línea.
• Atender juntas de soporte (Checkpoint).
• Plan de entrenamiento para el personal a su cargo.

La experiencia que buscamos agregar a nuestro equipo:

• Ingenieria o Licenciatura terminada.
• Indispensable disponibilidad para los 3 turnos.
• Conocimiento Office (Excel).
• Conocimiento indispensable de SMT y BackEnd.
• Experiencia en administración de personal.
• Herramienta de Calidad como 5’s.
