• Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation records.

Job Overview

As an Associate, Global Quality Documentation, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and processes used by the Global Quality Documentation team, contributing to operational excellence and effective knowledge management across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems and processes
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems and procedures
• Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation records
• Support knowledge management initiatives by identifying and addressing training needs
• Act as a key contributor to global documentation-related projects
• Provide professional and timely customer support, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field

Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience working independently with minimal supervision and ability to seek guidance when needed

Experience participating in or leading projects

Experience developing and delivering training materials

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web‑based applications

Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Intelex, or TraceGains
