A leading technology company in Mexico City is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support AWS operations. This role involves negotiating and drafting agreements, advising on compliance issues, and providing ongoing legal counsel while managing various projects. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of legal experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and has a Juris Doctor. This position offers a full-time commitment in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Formación

• 2 years of legal experience required.
• Experience in web services/cloud computing is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support AWS sales teams across Latin America.
• Negotiate, draft, and advise on strategic agreements.
• Participate in managing legal projects and pre-litigation disputes.

Conocimientos

Bilingual Spanish and English

Strong analytical skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Experience in corporate law

Ability to work independently

Educación

Juris Doctor

Membership in one state bar or equivalent
