Netflix seeks a Contingent Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Global Talent Operations Center in Mexico City. You will own onboarding/offboarding for contingent workers, onboard suppliers and freelancers, and support managers and partners through emails, tools, and chat channels.

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.
• Experience with HR systems/tools like Workday, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and other HRIS.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Workday, and staffing VMS tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort working in a multi-location, matrixed environment.
• Experience applying Agile principles and improving operations.

Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Contingent Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) in Mexico City. The Contingent Talent team oversees the strategy, operations, and guidance for Netflix’s global non-employee workforce, including temporary workers, independent contractors, and vendors.In this role, you will support key operational processes such as contingent invoicing, onboarding and offboarding administration, and maintaining accurate worker and supplier data across multiple systems.You will also provide day-to-day support to the Contingent Talent team, helping ensure an efficient, compliant, and high-quality experience for managers, suppliers, and contingent workers.ResponsibilitiesOwn the operational onboarding and offboarding journey for all contingent workers. Familiarity with Zendesk, Workday, and staffing VMS tools is a plus.Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Slides, along with experience using Airtable, DocuSign, and other recruiting systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in english, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across stakeholders.Comfort working in a multi-location, matrixed environment, and the ability to collaborate successfully across teams and functions.Familiarity with Customer Service, HR operations, and Contingent Talent workflows is preferred.Experience applying Agile principles or ways of working in day-to-day operations is a plus.Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
