Project Coordination & Tracking: Own the coordination and tracking of licensing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. Anticipate potential risks, elevate issues as needed, and recommend proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
Operational Support : Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and other deliverables to support licensing initiatives at both regional and local levels.
Licensee & Partner Support: Serve as a reliable operational point of contact for licensees and partners, assisting with day-to-day needs, providing clear communication, and ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams—including Retail Marketing, Marketing, PR, Live Events and TCG Sales—to align strategies and guarantee smooth execution of initiatives across Latin America.
Promotions & Events: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, activations, and regional events, ensuring consistent brand representation and effective delivery.
Retail & Product Support: Support the Senior Manager in coordinating with retail partners and licensees to ensure timely product approvals, smooth product launches, and strong retail visibility.
Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare status reports, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, challenges, and outcomes.
Professional Development: Gradually take on increased responsibility for managing specific accounts or categories under the guidance of the Senior Manager, building the skills necessary to operate independently in the future.
You ensure that initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.
You act as a dependable partner to both internal stakeholders and external licensees, responding quickly and effectively to needs.
