Una empresa del sector automotriz busca un(a) Asistente para apoyar al gerente de planta en Monterrey. Las responsabilidades incluyen la gestión de la agenda del gerente, el seguimiento de proyectos, y asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares administrativos de la empresa. El candidato ideal debe tener un título en Administración o Ingeniería, experiencia con Microsoft Office y un nivel avanzado de inglés. Formación

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería.
  • Experiencia comprobada con Microsoft Office.
  • Dominio del inglés avanzado es requerido.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar apoyo directo al gerente de planta.
  • Mantener la propiedad, equipos y solicitar reparaciones y suministros.
  • Gestionar la agenda del gerente de planta y realizar seguimiento a proyectos específicos.

Assistant

Objective

Execute and manage the administrative processes of the area, applying the standards and procedures defined by the company's vision, values, and behaviors. Comply with established requests, objectives, goals, regulations, and processes, achieving timely results and ensuring effective service delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Plant Manager.
  • Maintain property, computer equipment, and rooms. Request repairs, supplies, and control materials.
  • Manage the Plant Manager's agenda, One Note, and Staff Assignments.
  • Follow up on specific projects focused on new releases.
  • Monitor plant KPIs monthly.
  • Follow up on crisis committees and schedule sessions during the active period.
  • Manage visitor and client logistics. Record arrivals, request cars and drivers, and follow the visiting protocol.
  • Process supplier payments through reports and electronic forms, manage invoices, and requests for food, equipment, or internal/external services.
  • Reinforce the sense of urgency through continuous monitoring of daily meeting assignments.
  • Monitor the development of Workfront's tropicalization for Saving Projects.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Experience with SAP/SRM is a plus.
