• 1+ year of experience managing ServiceNow.
• 1+ year on Data Management / Analysis experience.
• 1+ year on Finance experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• 1+ year on IT Asset management experience using various tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL and SACM concepts preferred.
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.

Overview

Support the delivery of Asset Management analytics, Ad hoc reporting, and productivity analytics.

This work requires deep data analytics and asset management experience.

It involves the collecting requirements, building base models, completing development and automating as much as possible.

Support Consumption Based Billing, which is a recurring global process in Asset Management to provide cost and billing insights to the business in financial support of IT Technology and services.

This work also engages with the IT data team to improve the global data sources and ensure Asset Management requirements are feeding ServiceNow, driving insights for IT finance, Asset Management, and IT Business team.

Ensure the base data quality for the IT teams, analyze data to provide insights for the IT teams, and compile the data into usable insights that the business teams can use to make informed decisions.

For global consumption billing, the required person for this role will develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide timely and accurate reporting.

All development and maintenance will be led by this individual.

The sources are Calero, ServiceNow, and the data warehouse.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities

• Execute data insights for the IT team.
• Accountable for collecting feedback from Asset Management team, determining best approach to reporting, creating report and updating / automating report as needed.
• Focus on cost transparency and data accuracy.
• Having a vision towards automation is required.
• Ensure the Analyst daily / weekly responsibilities are completed, including investigating data issues, providing resolution (duplicates, invalid data, missing data), Hardware use modeling, Operating system reporting, optimization, asset deployment and optimization activities.
• Execute the data warehouse cleansing / completeness activities.
• Accountable for researching gaps in data and resolving.
• Data integrity.
• Accountable for identifying better ways to store data, working with IT teams to evaluate and implement best practices.
• Govern management of data changes as related to assets.
• Proactively drive automation opportunities to enhance customer experience, reduce manual touchpoints, and create better transparency.
• Support the process improvement.
• Research and implement industry best practices.
• Support cross-divisional business teams including Global and Divisional IT teams, Procurement, Legal, and Finance in the successful implementation of strategies, delivery, and project planning.
• Support to achieve annual productivity targets within the Asset Management productivity framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year+ of experience managing ServiceNow.
• 1 year+ on Data Management / Analysis experience.
• 1 year+ on Finance experience (budget and forecasting), with a history of success in a breadth of prior challenging experiences or professional experience.
• 1 year+ on IT Asset management experience and its tools (ServiceNow, Calero, Azure, SAP, etc).
• Prefer knowledge of ITIL and SACM concepts, ITIL cert preferred.
• Working knowledge of data analytic principles and concepts (Excel, PowerBI, Tabeau, Power Query and Access, etc.).
• Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge preferred (hardware, software, services).
