Banamex in Mérida, Yucatán is hiring a CitiGold Relationship Banker to monitor client needs and asset allocation, anticipate opportunities, and grow the relationship with tailored financial products. You will engage clients, promote fund mobilization, and pursue new CitiGold referrals in a compliant framework.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and AMIB III certification, with 0–2 years of relevant experience and strong relationship skills.

Formación

• 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Mandatory AMIB III certification as required for selling financial products.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review CG customer needs and asset allocation; engage with the customer to validate needs.
• Advise CG customers to enrich relationships and mobilize funds; sell other fee-based products.
• Review product penetration for the assigned client base and identify potential CG customers.
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling and financial planning.
• Organize CG customer events to enhance customer bonding.
• Acquire new CitiGold customers through converting referral leads.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and other norms; uphold client experience and risk controls.
