Placements24 is seeking a visionary ESPECIALISTA EN MAQUILLAJE Y BELLEZA EDITORIAL to contribute to exciting creative projects remotely, focusing on Acapulco region and beyond. The role demands a highly creative makeup artist with a strong editorial portfolio and ability to work with online teams from their own studio.

Responsibilities include creating avant-garde looks, collaborating with art directors and photographers, and developing mood boards.

Qualifications

• Extensive portfolio demonstrating significant experience in editorial and fashion makeup.
• Proven ability to create innovative and trend-setting makeup looks.
• Deep understanding of color theory, facial structure, and lighting effects on makeup.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute avant-garde and editorial makeup looks for photoshoots and media projects.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, photographers, and stylists to achieve a unified creative vision.
• Develop mood boards and test looks to present to creative teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date portfolio showcasing editorial and conceptual makeup artistry.
• Source and manage necessary makeup products and tools for projects.
• Ensure makeup applications are photogenic and meet the technical requirements of digital and print media.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in fashion, beauty, and editorial content.
• Communicate effectively with remote teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual storytelling.
