Placements24 is seeking a creative Retail Architect for our client in Torreón, Coahuila. You will design store layouts, visual merchandising strategies, and brand environments that engage customers and drive sales.

You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations, produce drawings and 3D renderings, oversee materials and budgets, ensure safety codes, and manage multiple projects from concept to fit-out.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on retail design or commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and customer psychology.
• Excellent spatial reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Experience working with national or international retail brands is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop architectural designs and layouts for retail stores that enhance customer flow and brand experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to translate brand identity into physical spaces.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings for design presentations and construction.
• Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with brand aesthetics and budget constraints.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept through construction administration.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new store locations or renovations.
• Stay updated on retail design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer experience.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the construction and fit-out phases.
• Analyze store performance data to inform future design iterations.
