Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Arquitecto de Desarrollo de Proyectos y Consultoría to join our client in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. The role covers architectural and development advisory across the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to construction liaison, with strong emphasis on zoning, market analysis, and design excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Architecture or related field and has at least 9 years of experience advising on complex development projects,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Real Estate Development.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in architectural practice, real estate development, or related consulting.
• Proven track record in project development, from concept through to completion.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, market research, and feasibility studies.
• Excellent knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and land use regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Familiarity with the development context of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and site evaluations for potential development projects.
• Provide architectural and development consulting services to clients, advising on design concepts, programming, and optimal space utilization.
• Oversee the selection and management of architectural and engineering design teams.
• Review and critique design proposals to ensure they meet client objectives, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with city planning departments, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
• Assist clients with contractor selection and negotiation processes.
• Monitor project progress during the construction phase, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality standards.
• Develop financial models and pro-forma statements for development projects.
• Stay informed about real estate market trends, construction costs, and local development regulations in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
