What We’re Looking For:

At COMUNAL, we are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a strong background in construction project management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven ability to manage complex construction projects and coordinate with high-end suppliers and contractors.

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-design, institutional-grade construction projects that align with our vision and standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to delivery.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
• Long supervise on-site progress and proactively resolve any construction or design-related issues.
• Liaise with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to maintain project quality.
• Oversee vendor selection and negotiation, ensuring optimal terms and compliance.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients through management and internal stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Provide weekly reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Ideal candidate:

• 2-4 years (no more) of experience in construction project management, particularly in luxury hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and other external partners.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, technical drawings, and industry standards.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
