As an Application Engineering for Personal Safety, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Implements 3M personal protection equipment programs according to segment market customers.
• Participates in the standard development subcommittees.
• Leads PPE certification process according NOM standards.
• Supports new products introduction and product conformance of the portfolio.
• Delivers technical reports supporting the sales opportunities.
• Provides training and technical delivery of PSD product for customers.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Ten (10) years of occupational health and safety experience, industrial processes, risk assessments in a private, public, or government setting.
• Language: English – Advanced
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Seven (7) years of occupational health and safety experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Skills include teamwork, problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, adaptability and flexibility, customer focus, learner.
