CAT is seeking an Application QA Analyst in Monterrey to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through comprehensive testing across the full lifecycle.

You will design test plans, execute functional, regression, and integration tests, and leverage UFT, Playwright, and Azure DevOps to manage test cases and defects, while validating integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce, and Capital Stream.

Formación

• Experience in IT with focus on application testing and QA activities.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• Proven experience with test automation tools, specifically UFT and Playwright.
• Solid understanding of Waterfall project methodology.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for application testing initiatives.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document issues, risks, and recommendations.

• Validate integrations and end-to-end business flows involving Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Salesforce, and Capital Stream applications.
• Ensure testing activities comply with IT quality standards, processes, and documentation requirements.

Job Summary

The Application QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise application solutions through comprehensive testing activities. This role supports the full application lifecycle, working closely with business partners, developers, and IT teams to validate functional and non-functional requirements.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for application testing initiatives.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across enterprise applications.
• Execute automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Playwright.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly document issues, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and validate application behavior.
• Support testing activities within Waterfall methodology projects.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Validate integrations and end‑to‑end business flows involving Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS), Salesforce, and Capital Stream applications.
• Ensure testing activities comply with IT quality standards, processes, and documentation requirements.

• Experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on application testing and QA activities.

Education Requirement

Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Information or equivalent degree.

Advanced English proficiency for cross‑site and global collaboration.

Additional Information

This position will be in Santa Maria Office at Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

This position is five‑days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.

Domestic relocation assistance is NOT available for this position.
