About the Role

The Application Analyst provides courteous and prompt provision of operational support relating to assigned application systems. This includes mitigating customer impact of issues, initiating action to determine root causes, and implementing problem resolution.

  • Analyzes and resolves customer problems of low complexity, implementing documented solutions and workarounds to mitigate impact.

  • Assesses the scope of issues and conducts root cause analysis and correlation with other systems or application problems.

  • Engages others and escalates issues as needed, while proactively monitoring production and non-production environments/applications.

  • Provides advice, training, and support to users regarding application functionality, correct operation, constraints, and user faults.

  • Works on smaller, minimally complex projects or issues requiring specific expertise, and participates in project planning sessions.

  • Manages multiple and sometimes competing priorities with guidance, and aids in preparing status updates for customer problems or projects.

  • Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with the team, performing actions aligned with defined standards.

  • For some positions: makes general or site-specific modifications, updates system documentation, manipulates data, defines enhancements, and provides input for technical plans and solutions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with programming concepts, database usage, and Internet-based applications; able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Hybrid Working Mode
  • Hybrid Working Mode: 2-3 days mandatory Work from the office every week.
