Crunchyroll, LLC is seeking an Android Software Engineer II to contribute to the Android platform across mobile, Android TV, Fire TV, and automotive apps. You will own key features, ensure high-quality code and performance, and collaborate with a global team to deliver scalable streaming experiences for millions of fans.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office) in Mexico City, engaging with Product, Design, and Program Management to drive reliable, modern Android solutions for

Formación

• 2+ years of Android app development using Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Espresso testing and unit/integration tests.
• Familiar with Android architecture patterns for maintainable code.
• Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps at scale, multimedia or streaming is a plus.
• Proficient in Git workflows and modern CI/CD practices.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• On-call rotation experience and resilient systems mindset.
• Test-driven development and agentic tools to improve efficiency.
