Talentflow is seeking a Mid-Senior Android Engineer to join a highly technical software team building complex native Android apps and interfaces. You will lead UI architecture decisions and mentor engineers, while collaborating with product, UX, and embedded teams to translate requirements into robust software solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of native Android experience, proficiency in Java and Kotlin, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• 6+ years of native Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK and architectures.
• Proficient in Java and Kotlin with UI emphasis.
• Experience with Git and modern tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to lead and mentor other engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver complex Android UIs using Java, Kotlin, and XML.
• Provide technical leadership around UI architecture and implementation.
• Participate in requirements, design, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Integrate Android apps with embedded software via serial/Ethernet.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and technical teams to translate requirements.
• Define tasks, estimate effort, and support project planning.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and decisions.
• Mentor engineers and balance multiple projects autonomously.
