Checkout.com is seeking a capable Merchant Configuration Associate to support onboarding and lifecycle management of merchant accounts within a global payments platform. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating across teams to resolve inquiries and ensure accurate, timely outcomes.

With 1+ year of operational experience in a multinational environment and a strong emphasis on communication, detail orientation, and urgency, you’ll help deliver high-quality configurations and stakeholder

• At least 1 year work experience in an operational role in a multinational work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to stakeholder satisfaction.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
• Understanding of payment processes and lifecycle is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, update, and terminate merchant accounts efficiently, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, contributing to team initiatives and goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of our configuration products.
• Assist in navigating queries with appropriate support channels to ensure timely resolutions.
• Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Prioritize their satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating solutions promptly.
• Follow defined processes meticulously to ensure the accuracy of all tasks. Review work for errors and implement quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Approach all cases and tasks with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.
• Work collaboratively within the Merchant Configuration team and across the organization to drive cases to resolution.

Experience / Qualifications
