The role focuses on developing and maintaining performance metrics, validating data from diverse sources, and coordinating system improvements with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience in project management and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years of experience sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Experience with data systems, reporting tools and financial metrics is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and control data for real-time production across areas.
• Control system for plant-level expenses.
• Update and administer real-time efficiency metrics from multiple sources.
• Support operations units through projects, analysis and systems implementation.
• Investigate tools to improve processes and implement improvements.
• Track indirect hours for training, lean, recognition, maintenance and certifications.
• Analyze project restructuring and design flows for operative areas; drive information system improvements.
• Analyze, detect and suggest improvements.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:

• Generation and control of data to production of each one of the areas in real time .
• Generation and control system of expenses at plant level .
• Generation of metric efficiency by updating and administering the system in real time with information of different sources .
• Support to the different operations business units through projects, analysis and implementation of systems .
• Support in the investigation of tools to improve the different processes and their implementation .
• Follow up and control of the indirect hours of the SBU for training, lean, recognition, manintenance and certifications .
• Analysis in project of re-structuring and design of flow for operative areas, development, implementation and improvement of information systems through continuous improvement .
• Analyze, detect and suggest improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

• Advanced Windows Office.
• Management data bases and internal training.
• Advanced English spoken and written.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Analysis of information (graphs, reports, statistical data).
• Programming experience (Visual Basic, Access, VB Script, Java script, HTML 5, CS, Style, or MySQL).
