A leading mobility solutions provider in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced Account Payable Analyst to manage daily supplier communications and ensure timely payments. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills, alongside knowledge of Microsoft and preferably SAP systems. This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and effective decision-making in coordinating with multiple departments.

  • Daily communication with suppliers.
  • Resolve discrepancies with receipts and invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate AP activities with other departments.

  • Resolve vendor statements and overdue invoices.

Essential Job Functions
  • Daily communication with suppliers
  • Resolve discrepancies with receipts and invoices to pay on time
  • Coordinate AP activities with Quality, Shipping and Materials department
  • Review and follow up the GR/IR report.
  • Review and resolve the vendor statements (Overdue invoices)

  • Microsoft knowledge.
