Corning Inc. in Monterrey seeks a CSS Supervisor, Order To Cash for the Americas to lead a regional team and ensure financial health and operational excellence across O2C processes.

You will drive planning, forecasting, and reporting, strengthen controls, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results while developing talent and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance operations.
• 2+ years leading teams in Finance/Shared Services/O2C.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, controls, and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Order to Cash team across the Americas, ensuring high-quality service, strong financial performance, compliance, and alignment with objectives.
• Drive planning, forecasting, reporting and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Commercial and Shared Services to resolve issues and deliver results.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management and talent development.
