The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the beauty industry, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves strategic planning to drive market share and maximize sales, aligning with brand objectives.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience within the beauty industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally within a luxury or consumer goods environment.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Grow business profitably while strengthening relationships with distributors.
• Negotiate seasonal stock and sales plans with collaboration from the planning team.
• Own key P&L items and maximize ROI and sales.
