Qualifications

• Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; se valora título asociado o licenciatura.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en operaciones y gestión de almacenes.
• Experiencia con Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) y software de control de inventario.
• Conocimiento de normas de seguridad en almacenes.
• Habilidades de liderazgo y organización.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno híbrido (presencial y remoto).

Responsibilities

• Supervisar operaciones diarias de almacén: recepción, almacenamiento, picking y despacho.
• Aplicar y hacer cumplir las normas de seguridad del almacén.
• Controlar inventarios para garantizar precisión y reducir discrepancias.
• Optimizar la distribución y el uso del espacio para máxima eficiencia.
• Formar y supervisar al personal de almacén, promoviendo un entorno seguro.
• Coordinar con equipos de transporte para garantizar entregas y recibos puntuales.
• Utilizar WMS para rastrear inventarios y flujos de trabajo.
• Identificar mejoras de procesos para mejorar el rendimiento.
• Realizar auditorías periódicas de operaciones e inventario.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and management.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory control software.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote tasks.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills in Spanish.
