You’ll collaborate with business leaders, AI engineers, and delivery teams to shape transformation programs that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a defined industry or business function.
• Strong background in business consulting, digital transformation, or business strategy.
• Proven experience leading discovery, process redesign, and stakeholder workshops.
• Experience translating opportunities into measurable transformation initiatives.
• Executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops with executives and teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, decision flows, operating models.
• Build and prioritize AI use-case portfolios based on feasibility, value, risk and adoption readiness.
• Define business cases, KPIs, expected benefits, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process designs, and roadmaps for technical teams.
• Guide stakeholders throughout implementation, monitoring adoption and validating outcomes.
